The Kalmar Ottawa T2 is the diesel flagship of the line that invented the terminal tractor (the yard truck Ottawa first built in 1958), powered by a 200-hp Cummins B6.7 paired with an Allison 3000RDS transmission and rated up to 81,000 lb GCWR. Built on a modular chassis with a hydraulic fifth-wheel lift for fast trailer spotting, it is part of a family from which Kalmar Ottawa has produced more than 85,000 terminal tractors -- more than all other manufacturers combined.
