30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@partsnow.ai with your order details
- We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Special order or custom-cut parts
- Items without original packaging
- Items showing signs of installation or use
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped, defective item, etc.).
Defective or Wrong Parts
If you receive a defective or incorrect part, please contact immediately. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
