The PartsNow mobile apps are distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play through the developer account of Nanonino, on behalf of Post Equipment, Inc.

Our iOS and Android apps offer features that may use your device's camera, microphone, and photo library. This data is used only to provide these features — it is never sold or used for advertising:

• Camera & live video: When you use Live AI or scan a part, your camera feed is streamed to our servers so the assistant can identify the part. We don't retain the raw video after the session.
• Microphone & voice: During a Live AI call, your microphone audio is processed in real time to power the voice assistant. We keep a text transcript and summary of the conversation, not the audio recording.
• Photos: Photos you attach in the chat are uploaded so the assistant can identify the part you're asking about.
• Chat & assistant content: Your conversations with the Mike assistant (text chat and Live AI transcripts) are stored to provide and improve the service.
• Account & order data: Your name, email, phone, shipping address, saved vehicles, and order history, used to run your account and fulfill your orders.

The website lead-identification partners described above (such as RB2B) are not used in the mobile apps. App data is linked to your account but is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
