BLOWER WHEEL

This is a plastic HVAC blower wheel (also called a squirrel cage fan) that mounts onto the blower motor shaft inside your truck’s heater and air conditioning system. As the motor spins it, the wheel’s curved blades pull air across the heater core or evaporator and push it out through the vents into the cab. Over time the plastic can become brittle, the hub can crack, or the blades can break, leading to weak airflow, vibration, or a noisy blower. Replacing a damaged wheel restores proper cabin heating and cooling performance.
