EXPANSION VALVE MACK

This is an A/C expansion valve designed for heavy-duty trucks, specifically the block-flange type used in Mack and Volvo vehicles. It meters refrigerant flow into the evaporator to control cabin cooling. Replace it when the A/C system struggles to cool, shows incorrect pressure readings, or after a compressor failure to prevent debris from blocking the valve.
