EXPANSION VALVE

This is an A/C expansion valve for heavy-duty trucks, a block-type thermal expansion valve that meters refrigerant flow into the evaporator to control cooling. It is commonly replaced when the air conditioning system fails to cool properly, often due to internal failure or contamination. The valve is a direct replacement for Freightliner and other truck applications using the Behr A4965 or equivalent OEM part.
