Unveiled on September 28, 2018 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the W990 revived the long-hood owner-operator look of the classic W900 on Kenworth's modern 2.1-meter cab platform shared with the T680 and T880. It stretches 131.5 inches from bumper to back-of-cab and runs the proprietary PACCAR MX-13 rated up to 510 hp and 1,850 lb-ft.
