It services two wheel ends (one axle) and includes all the bushings, seals, washers, lock rings, and support brackets needed to rebuild the camshaft assembly. You replace these components when the camshaft bushings or seals are worn, which can cause grease leakage, excessive camshaft play, or uneven brake shoe wear.
