This is a Hendrickson TIREMAAX Pro HP hub cap, a grease-style cap designed for the wheel end of heavy-duty trailers. It bolts onto the hub with a 6-bolt, 6.75-inch bolt circle pattern and comes with a new gasket and mounting hardware. You’d replace it when the original cap is damaged, leaking, or missing, to keep wheel bearing grease contained and contamination out. It’s specifically for TIREMAAX Pro systems and can be used on dual or super single wheel setups.
