Fits any heavy‑duty truck, bus, or trailer that originally used an AD‑9‑style dryer with 1/2″ NPT supply and delivery ports, 1/4″ NPT control port, and mounting bracket with 5.625″ bolt‑center spacing. Verify mounting bracket dimensions and port sizes before ordering.

It removes moisture, oil, and contaminants from compressed air, preventing corrosion and freeze‑ups in valves, brake chambers, and air lines. Inside, a desiccant cartridge captures water vapor, while the hard‑seat purge valve expels accumulated water and debris each time the compressor unloads. A built‑in 12‑volt, 75‑watt heater keeps the purge valve from freezing in cold weather. Replace this dryer when the desiccant cartridge is saturated (indicated by moisture in the tanks), when the purge valve sticks open or closed, or when it fails to maintain air system pressure.
