A center flange mount hanger is a structural bracket that attaches the trailer suspension equalizer or spring assembly to the trailer frame. It is commonly used in Reyco/Transpro 21B and 21B-FAB trailer spring suspensions. This part is replaced when the original hanger is bent, cracked, corroded, or when rebuilding the trailer suspension.
