It has a 2-pin DIN male connector on one end and a 2-pin DIN female 90-degree connector on the other, designed to link a wheel-end speed sensor to the electronic control unit (ECU) on Meritor WABCO Easy-Stop and Enhanced Easy-Stop trailer ABS systems. The cable is replaced when it becomes damaged, corroded, or causes intermittent signal loss. It carries the wheel speed signal from the sensor to the ABS module so the system can monitor and control braking.
