This is a clevis for a heavy-duty automatic slack adjuster. It threads onto the 5/8”-18 pushrod of an air brake chamber and connects to the slack adjuster with a clevis pin and clips, transferring linear force to the slack adjuster arm that rotates the camshaft to apply the foundation brakes.
