It includes two brake shoes with a 23,000 lb axle-rated premium lining, along with all required return springs, retainer springs, roller pins, bushings, and camshaft rollers. The quick-change design enables shoe replacement without removing the wheel hub, saving time. It should be replaced when brake lining thickness reaches minimum spec, or when hardware components show corrosion or fatigue.
