BARKSDALE LEVELING VALVE

This is a height control (levelling) valve for heavy‑truck air suspensions. It automatically adds or releases air from the suspension air bags to keep the chassis at a constant ride height regardless of load. The valve includes a dump feature that, when pilot air pressure is applied, quickly deflates the air bags for trailer hookup, loading, or service. You typically replace it when the suspension sags, leaks, or won’t hold a consistent ride height.
