It uses an optic sensor to signal when the tank is nearly full, preventing spills and overfills. The probe is a direct replacement for the FloTech FT202 sensor and is compatible with Civacon 3150 two-wire probes. It is replaced when the original probe becomes fouled or stops functioning reliably.
