It connects the two spring assemblies and pivots on a central rubber bushing to evenly distribute axle loads, maintaining proper axle alignment and tire wear. Replace the equalizer when bushing wear or metal fatigue appears to prevent suspension sag, uneven tire wear, or handling instability. The kit includes one G-4827 rubber bushing.
