This is a dash-mounted push-pull control module (MV‑3 style) that combines the functions of a tractor parking brake valve and a trailer air supply valve into one unit. It allows the driver to apply and release the truck and trailer parking brakes and to control the trailer air supply from a single location on the dash. The module is typically replaced when it develops air leaks, sticks, or fails to hold pressure – symptoms that can cause dragging brakes, an inability to release the parking brakes, or constant air loss from the dash area.
Replaces the earlier short‑plate MV‑3 valve (Bendix 800445) in many applications. The mounting plate holes are threaded #10‑24 (also compatible with M6 hardware). Verify your existing valve’s plate length and port layout before ordering.
