It includes all the O-rings and graphite seals needed to reseal the six injectors on a 12.7L or 8.5L engine. The kit prevents fuel from leaking into the oil or externally, and should be replaced when injectors are removed or if you notice fuel in the oil, rough running, or hard starting.
