It includes the hub with pre-installed bearing races, inner and outer bearings, a double-lip grease seal, a grease cap, and wheel nuts. The kit fits #42 spindles and a 6 on 5.5-inch bolt pattern, and it supports E-Z Lube or standard grease lubrication. You would replace this assembly when the hub is damaged, worn, or after a bearing failure.
