This is a complete idler hub kit for a 6,000‑lb trailer axle.

It contains a pre‑assembled hub with bearing races, inner bearing (25580), outer bearing (15123), a double‑lip grease seal, a grease cap, and lug nuts. The hub mounts on a #42 spindle and supports the wheel and tire, allowing the wheel to spin freely on non‑driven axles. You replace it when the hub casting is damaged, wheel bearings are worn, or as part of routine axle maintenance to prevent wheel‑end failure.
