It has a 5-on-5.5 inch bolt pattern and an E-Z Lube feature that lets you grease the inner and outer bearings without taking the hub apart. Idler hubs are used on axles without brakes and spin freely to carry the trailer wheels. You typically replace this assembly when the hub is damaged, the bearing races are worn, or entire wheel-end components are being refreshed.
