FACEPLATE KIT, NEXT GEN THERMISTOR

This is a Civacon Next-Gen Faceplate Kit for a thermistor (green) overfill socket with 4 J-slots and 10 contact pins. It is used on chemical, crude, and gas tank trailers as part of an API overfill detection system. The socket connects a thermistor level sensor on the trailer to a monitor plug at the loading terminal, triggering automatic product shutoff when the tank reaches a predetermined fill level to prevent spills. The kit includes a hard-coated aluminum nose ring and J-slots for durability, stainless steel pins, a dirt cap, and stainless steel hardware. A key advantage is that the J-slot inserts can be replaced in the field with just a screwdriver, reducing downtime.
