The switch is normally open when air pressure in the supply line is above 70 PSI, so it cuts power to accessories while the vehicle is moving, ensuring full electrical capacity is available for the ABS system. When the trailer is parked and air pressure drops, the switch closes and sends power to the accessory circuit. Replace this switch if an accessory no longer receives power with the brakes set, or if the switch fails to isolate the ABS circuit during driving.
