It bolts onto the hub with a 6-bolt, 5.5-inch bolt circle pattern and includes a gasket for a secure, leak-free seal. The cap allows you to check grease condition through the sight window and is designed for PSI (pressure) grease systems with no vent tube. You typically replace it when the original cap becomes cracked, corroded, or the window is damaged, or when servicing the wheel end to prevent bearing failure.
