CHECK VALVE 3

The 3001SQSP is a 3-inch square-end swing check valve from the Dixon Bayco 3000 series, with a metal-to-metal seal and a spring-loaded flapper. In heavy-duty pneumatic systems—such as dry bulk trailers and blowers—it permits flow in one direction and automatically closes to prevent backflow of material or air. The spring assist ensures quick, positive closure to reduce leakage in applications handling abrasive dry goods. Replacements are typically needed when internal metal sealing surfaces wear or the flapper spring fails, causing loss of prime or contamination backflow.
