AIR BRAKE COUPLER

This is an air brake coupler, a brass compression fitting that joins two sections of 1/4-inch nylon air brake tubing in a straight line. It is used on heavy-duty trucks and trailers to repair damaged air lines or extend circuits for brakes, suspension, and accessories. When an air line is cut, chafed, or requires rerouting, a coupler provides a secure, DOT-compliant connection that restores air-tight integrity. Replace the fitting if it becomes corroded, cracked, or causes persistent air leaks.
