This is a turbocharger oil supply hose designed for 2001–2002 Mack CH series trucks. It carries pressurized engine oil to the turbocharger's bearing housing for lubrication and cooling. Over time, heat and vibration can cause the hose to crack, swell, or develop leaks, which can starve the turbo of oil and lead to expensive damage. Replacing it at the first sign of oil seepage or visible wear helps protect the turbocharger.
