NOX SENSER

This is an inlet nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor for heavy-duty diesel exhaust systems that use Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR). It measures the concentration of NOx gases entering the SCR catalyst, allowing the engine control module to precisely control diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) injection. A faulty sensor can trigger check engine lights, derate engine power, increase fuel consumption, or cause emissions failures. Replacement is recommended when diagnostic trouble codes indicate an out-of-range or slow-responding sensor signal.
