This is a heavy-duty wheel seal for truck and trailer hub ends, also known as a Scotseal Classic. It presses into the hub and rides on the spindle shoulder to keep wheel bearing grease in and water, dirt, and debris out. Typically replaced during brake shoe/rotor jobs or whenever the hub is removed, a leaky or worn seal can lead to bearing failure. The Automann 181.CR46305 is an aftermarket replacement that meets or exceeds OEM specifications for common 22,500-lb trailer axles.
