E6 TYPE BRAKE VALVE

This is a heavy-duty air brake foot valve (treadle valve) used on trucks and buses with air brake systems. It is a dual-circuit valve that controls both service and secondary braking, providing proportional braking pressure when the driver presses the pedal. Floor-mounted and treadle- or lever-operated, it features 3/8" NPT ports and meets FMVSS-121 safety standards. It serves as a direct aftermarket replacement for the Bendix E6 type foot valve (Bendix part number 286171) commonly found on many makes of Class 6-8 vehicles.
