EMERGENCY RELAY VALVE

This is a non-charging relay emergency valve used in air brake systems on heavy-duty trailers and converter dollies. It quickly applies and releases the service brakes when signaled by the control line, and it automatically engages the spring brakes if the supply air pressure drops below a safe level. Designed for axles with single service brake chambers, it is commonly installed on converter dollies, turnable axles, heavy haulers, agricultural trailers, and air lift axles. It usually works together with a Sealco 110257 pressure protection valve.
