It uses optical sensing technology to detect the liquid level during bottom loading and signals the rack controller to stop flow, preventing spills. The probe features an aluminum shaft, silicone O-ring seals, and a plated steel locking nut for durability. It is replaced when the sensor becomes damaged, fails to detect, or the diagnostics indicate a fault.
