It automatically maintains the correct clearance between the brake shoes and drum, compensating for wear to keep braking consistent. Designed for drive axle applications, it fits a 1.5-inch diameter camshaft with 28 splines and includes a bracket kit that lets you set the arm span to either 5.5 or 6.5 inches (34-degree body angle). It’s an aftermarket replacement compatible with many original Haldex and other OEM slack adjusters.
