The Haldex 12105 is a manual drain valve for heavy-duty truck air brake reservoirs. It screws into a 1/4" NPT port on the bottom of a wet or dry air tank and includes a 60-inch stainless steel pull cable with a closed-loop handle. Pulling the cable opens the valve to drain moisture, oil, and sludge, which helps prevent freeze-ups, internal corrosion, and damage to brake components. This universal valve is a direct replacement for the original equipment on most trucks and trailers.
Fits any air brake system that uses a threaded manual drain valve, including Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Volvo, and Mack vehicles, as well as many trailers. The 60-inch cable reaches typical tank locations behind the cab or under the chassis.
