It connects to the trailer's service air line via 1/2" NPT female threads, releasing trailer brakes up to 50% faster to eliminate brake drag, reduce lining and drum wear, and prevent tire flat spots. Compatible with both ABS and non-ABS trailer air brake systems, the anodized aluminum housing and powder-coated plate resist corrosion. Replace when the housing is damaged, the seal leaks, or the quick-release valve no longer vents properly.
