It threads into a weld coupler at the lowest point of a tank compartment to detect when the compartment is completely empty, preventing product carry-over and mix-ups between loads. The sensor connects via the ROMLink quick-connect wiring harness to the onboard monitor. This older-style sensor has been superseded by the CivaStar 5004-RL and is not compatible with 3200 or 3208 series monitors.
