This is a cast adjustable torque arm (radius rod) for heavy-duty Fruehauf trailer air-ride suspensions. It connects the axle to the trailer frame, maintaining proper axle alignment and controlling lateral movement during suspension travel. The adjustable length allows precise setting of the axle thrust angle, compensating for wear or frame variations. Replace if the arm is bent, bushings are worn, or clamping hardware is loose.
