This is a replacement smoked polycarbonate cover for a Truck-Lite document holder. It includes a permanently adhered gasket to seal out moisture and dirt, keeping registration papers, permits, or other documents clean and legible. You would replace the cover if the original is cracked, missing, or the gasket has deteriorated and no longer seals.
