It controls vapor pressure inside the tank during loading and unloading of fuel or other volatile liquids by opening and closing in a timed sequence with the product flow. The valve is air-operated and built from lightweight aluminum with Viton seals for durability and leak-proof operation. It is typically replaced when seals wear out, the valve fails to open or close properly, or damage occurs that causes leaks or pressure issues.
