A Donaldson remote mount fuel filter head assembly, also called a spin-on filter base. It provides the threaded mounting point and fuel port connections for a spin-on fuel filter, with 7/8-14 SAE threads for both inlet and outlet, and a 1-14 UN thread to accept the filter. This head does not include a bypass valve. It is typically replaced when the original head becomes damaged, corroded, or begins leaking at the sealing surface. Despite being labeled 'Hydraulic' in some inventory records, the part is confirmed as a fuel head by Donaldson.
Universal fit
Fits any remote fuel filter system that uses a spin-on filter with 1-14 UN thread and 7/8-14 SAE port fittings. Not specific to a particular truck make or model. The original inventory title 'Hydraulic' appears to be a mislabel; this is a fuel filtration head.
