The filter uses Donaldson's Synteq synthetic media to achieve 97.6% efficiency at 15 microns, helping to extend oil change intervals and engine life. It is typically replaced during routine oil service when the filter reaches its capacity or according to the engine manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
