It mounts mid-trailer using a standard grommet (sold separately) and provides amber incandescent lighting for turn signals and side marker visibility, helping meet DOT requirements. The light operates on a 12V system and connects via an integrated female PL-3 connector. The sealed polycarbonate housing protects against moisture and vibration, making it suitable for long-haul use. It is a direct replacement for Truck-Lite 60215Y and similar midship signal lights.
