It mounts to the vertical side of the door frame and features a nylon brush that seals against the door panel to keep out water, dirt, and drafts while allowing the door to open and close smoothly. Replace the seal when the brush bristles become worn, flattened, or damaged. The seal is commonly used on dry vans, reefers, and other trailers equipped with Whiting door systems.
