It is an externally mounted grounding verification bolt that wires into the tanker’s electrical socket. When connected to a loading rack monitor at a fuel terminal, it provides a verified ground signal to prevent static discharge during loading. The kit is a direct replacement for other frame-mounted ground bolts and includes all necessary hardware.
