MOUNTING CHANNEL, NOSE REC.

This is a mounting channel that attaches a nose receiver to the front of a Great Dane trailer. The channel serves as a structural bracket—it gets welded or bolted to the trailer frame and provides a strong, stable mount for a receiver tube, typically used for winches, tow hooks, or other accessories. It is commonly replaced when the original channel becomes bent from impact or when the receiver mounting threads are damaged beyond repair.
