This heavy-duty manual-adjust clutch assembly is a 15.5-inch ceramic-faced unit designed for trucks with a 2-inch, 10-spline input shaft. It delivers up to 2,050 lb-ft of torque capacity and incorporates a positive separator and three grease zerks on the release bearing to support a 25,000-mile lube interval. You replace it when the friction discs wear down, causing slipping, chatter, or hard shifting, or when damper springs fail.
