It adjusts from about 89 to 104 inches, allowing you to lock it between the trailer side walls with a paddle handle. The 2-inch by 4-inch neoprene rubber feet grip the walls without scuffing, and they stay flexible even in cold weather. Replace the bar if it becomes bent, the locking mechanism slips, or the rubber feet are damaged, as it cannot hold the load securely once it fails.
