VAPOR VENT (FLANGED) BETTS

The Betts Industries AVF3.5ALTS is a 3.5-inch aluminum pneumatic vapor valve used on DOT cargo tank trailers. It mounts to a 3-inch TTMA flange manhole cover and opens via air pressure to allow tank vapors into a recovery system, helping prevent product loss during loading or unloading. The valve features a sequential interlock that ensures the disk is fully open before vapor flows, reducing the risk of leaks. It is typically replaced when internal seals wear out, the air cylinder fails, or the aluminum body becomes damaged or corroded.
