It mounts on the top of a tank to control vapor release during bottom loading and unloading operations, preventing spillage and ensuring compliance with vapor recovery regulations. The body is made from lightweight aluminum, and the sealing components use Tef-O-Sil (PTFE/silicone) for chemical resistance and durability. You replace this vent when the seals become worn or damaged, causing leaks, failed pressure tests, or improper vapor recovery. A replacement repair kit (BETAV75603TS) is available to service the internal seals and diaphragm without replacing the entire assembly.
